You can test the DPF for clogging through the screen using pressure. With different pressure parameters, you can view the report results before and after cleaning. The pressure can be manually increased as needed.
You can print the report results before and after washing and provide them to your customers.
The machine is entirely made of stainless steel. Water flows into the internal tank, passes through filters for purification, and circulates cleanly to ensure DPF cleaning. The tank includes a water level control system and thermal insulation.
The machine is designed for all types of DPFs and includes various attachments for large filters. A platform system that moves up and down is installed to secure special filters. This platform can be adjusted according to the type of DPF.
The machine features special bag and cartridge filters to purify water. Additionally, there is another filtration system inside the tank. The tank is thermally insulated. The machine also includes a manual washing gun with 10 BAR pressure. Special attachments are available for all filters. Cleaning is performed with hot water, and a steam exhaust fan is included.
