Rotary Basket Hot Water Pressure Parts Washers 850-1000

Parts to be washed are placed in a basket positioned on a stainless steel rotating platform with a sliding system inside a closed cabinet. The washing process is carried out using high-pressure detergent water in a rotary basket system. Depending on the structure of the parts and the degree of contamination, the washing process is performed using time-adjustable high-pressure water nozzles to remove oil, chips, dirt, and residues from dirty surfaces from various angles. With the recirculation system, water is filtered to minimize the consumption of water, detergent, electricity, and time (labor), ensuring an efficient washing process.
